A.S.K. Offers a new inspection conveyor for your automation needs. This conveyor has an integrated vision system along with a kicker. Parts are simply loaded onto the conveyor then oriented for inspection. They are inspected in an enclosed inspection area for stability and accuracy. Each one is custom built for you part or application.
For example, in this particular inspection, the cups are loaded onto the conveyor straight off the press. The parts are orientated as they pass down the conveyor. They go into a fully enclosed inspection area for analysis. These parts were inspected for short shots and flashing over holes. The part is determined bad or good and sorted accordingly. The bad parts are kicked off the conveyor into a chute for later sorting. A.S.K Technologies offers on site training for all of our automation equipment. We offer training Monday threw Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. If you need training on another day or a different time, make an appointment with us that suits your needs.
